Returns and Refunds

SoSimple Natural Skincare products are handmade daily in small batches. For hygiene and safety reasons returns are not accepted unless we sent you the wrong product or the product is faulty. This ensures that you are not sold returned products from other customers.

If you receive an order that is either damaged, faulty or there is a mistake with your order, please let us know within 2 business days so that we may correct We want you to be happy!

In this case SoSimple Skincare will replace the product or refund the purchase price excluding all delivery costs.

Goods will be considered to have been delivered in full in good condition unless Customer notifies SoSimple Skincare in writing of any shortfall, damage or defect within 2 business days of delivery.



All our products are lovingly handmade for you and packaged on the day of your order. Due to the nature of our handmade products we cannot accept cancellations of orders. Please choose your products carefully.


Important Information.

Depending on your skin’s individualized biochemistry (especially if you have a history of sensitive skin or allergic reactions), we recommend trying out any new product on a small area of skin and letting it sit for at least a few hours before determining if there’s any hypersensitivity reaction.
Just because something is natural, doesn’t mean it’s non-irritating.
SoSimple cannot guarantee that customers will not experience skin reactions, and cannot be held responsible should any occur.
